Frequently Asked Questions
Why do your prices have + signs next to them?
The prices provided in my commissions tab are a base price of what the commissioned project will cost. If you would like to request upgrades, or if the commission is larger or more complicated than standard, then the price increases.
What are you unwilling to make?
I reserve the right to decline a project. However, I will not make anything racist, homophobic, or misogynistic or that promotes such a message. Also, no requests for intimate attire of any sort, please.
I don't see what I want to commission on your list. What should I do?
My commissions list is only a base line, if you do not see what you would specifically like to order on there, then please contact me with any questions about a possible commission that you might have.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is 50% up front, to cover the cost of materials. The other half of payment is due upon order completion -- this will include the cost of shipping.
I accept payment via either Paypal or Square invoicing.
For designs that are more intricate or significantly larger than the base outlined on my commissions tab, there will be an additional cost. If there is an additional cost, I will discuss it with you beforehand -- nothing will be done until the customer okays the cost.
Given the nature of what you are commissioning, if you need to cancel your order, contact me immediately -- you have 48 hours after placing your commission order to cancel and receive a full refund.

After receiving payment, I will keep you appraised of my progress on your commission.
Commissions are delivered via Canada Post, shipping upgrades are available at extra cost. If you would like to use a different carrier, then please contact me with your preferred carrier.
All commissions are shipped with tracking. If you would like to require a signature in order to accept delivery, please let me know.
Depending on the intricacy and size of your commission, completion may take anywhere between 2-6 weeks. When confirming your order, I will include an estimated completion timeframe. You will be kept appraised if there are any changes or delays with your commission.
