When do you update your shop?
I try to do regular shop updates on the 25th of every month. Please check my Instagram for when the next shop update will be and a preview of what will be coming to the shop!
Where do you ship from/to?
All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada. Currently, I ship to Canada, the United States, and Internationally via Canada Post. Local pick-ups are available for those in the Calgary area.NOTE ON SHIPPING: All orders are shipped with tracking, which means that it can be on the more expensive side. Please let me know if you are having an issue with your tracking number or order!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
For ready made items, they should ship within 1-3 days of you placing your order unless otherwise stated. For custom orders/commissions, you will receive a estimated timeline on how long it will take me to make and then ship your order.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped, please contact me IMMEDIATELY so that I can cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, I ask that you return your order to me and I will issue you a refund (minus shipping costs) upon receipt of the returned order (provided that it isn't damaged).Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom orders/commissions, I DO NOT accept cancellations or returns on custom orders/commissions. Please be understanding as I am a small business.If you have any questions or concerns about a custom order/commission, please contact me immediately.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to me ASAP. I will try to address any issues that arise to the best of my ability.However, once it has been picked up by the carrier it is out of my hands. I am unable to take responsibility for any delays, missing, or lost orders.Gray's Fibre Arts is not responsible for any taxes/duties/customs fees associated with your order.

When will ____ be back in stock?
All of my products are made by hand, so it can take time for items to come back in stock once they sell out. Generally speaking, I try to update my shop on the 25th of every month.However, sometimes there might be problems or delays due to the handmade nature of my products. Please check my Instagram for up-to-date information on when new stock will be added and my shop will be updated.Currently, I am the only maker involved with my shop, thus it can be a little overwhelming at times to stay on top of everything, as I do work a full-time job on top of running my small business. That being said, if you have any questions about an out-of-stock item, I am always open to questions via DM.
